2025 Courses
Round One: The Pointe Golf Club
Captain's Choice round to kick off the weekend.
Start the events with lunch at The Pointe Grill, with a drink or two to loosen up.
Teams will be drawn at "random" with slight finagling to mix up handicaps. Points will be allocated based on official scoring sheet distributed in advance as well as posted to the site.
If anyone wants a Transfusion, bring your own grape juice, they only have Blue Gatorade as a substitute, along with an 18 year old bartender that's scared Derek's going to yell at him about it again.
Round Two: Nags Head Golf Links
Stroke Play for a windy mofo.
Foursomes will be paired at "random" giving everyone an experience to see what the competition looks like. May just be coincidental that the gamblers are all thrown into a foursome. Same thing with scoring, you'll know how that goes before we tee off.
This will be a change from past years where we tee off at 8:00am, meaning someone has to scoop Kesel off the floor and Ayotte is curled up in bed with the cold sweats from boozing too hard the night before.
Round Three: The Currituck Club
Two Man, Best Ball Match Play, with teams paired based on a combination of Handicap and weekend scores.
Same setup as years past, get there a little early, maybe grab some food, certainly grab some drinks, and enjoy one oft the nicest courses in the OBX.
Just be cautious of what DF snacks on before you jump in the car with him, you don't want to be stuck in the back seat going 15 mph over the bridge and down NC Highway 12.
Championship Round: Kilmarlic Golf Club
Singles Match Play to determine the weekend Champion.
Just because you're not in the Final Pairing doesn't mean you're out of it. With multiple opportunities to score points it's still anyone's weekend to win or lose come the Final Round.
And with the best breakfast burritos and Bloody Marys you're ever going to find, some scoreboard fluctuation is bound to happen.

We will be staying yet again at the Cottages at Kilmarlic, with some games of skill and games of chance taking place nightly. Four people to a cottage, three rooms with six beds, up to you on how you want to split that.
